Ayrton Senna Monument

Ayrton Senna Monument, also known as Velocidade, Alma e Emoção, is a tribute to Ayrton Senna in São Paulo. Until April 2017, it was displayed at the entrance to the Ayrton Senna Tunnel. In May 2017, it was moved to Praça Ayrton Senna do Brasil, inside Ibirapuera Park, at the Modelódromo sports and leisure center. The bronze sculpture stands on an elevated point surrounded by the flags of Brazil, the state of São Paulo, and the city. It was fully restored by private উদ্যোগ and received a replica of the flag that originally formed part of the work, after the original was stolen in 2004. The square also includes a bronze replica of the driver’s helmet, and both pieces have special lighting.
